Our Process Is Comprehensive And Ongoing
Up front, we spend the time necessary to understand our client’s objectives. When you work with the SkylesBayne Company, we are well aware that our job does not end when the lease is signed. We stay involved through the following stages:
- Coordinating with space planners and architects in the design phase,
- Managing communication with contractors during the bidding process,
- Monitoring your construction as it progresses during any interior redesign,
- Organizing your move in process, and
- Providing ongoing lease monitoring (notifying our clients of key dates and events in their lease)
