Justin Bayne, Partner.

Justin Bayne has been working as a commercial real estate broker since 2003. Currently, Mr. Bayne represents three publicly traded corporations and many local companies with respect to their real estate requirements. Since the inception of SkylesBayne Company in 2006, Justin has successfully completed over $50 Million in transactions including the sale of the Pearson Ranch, a 200 acre mixed use development.

Prior to forming SkylesBayne Company, Mr. Bayne worked as commercial real estate broker with Newmark Knight Frank, L.L.C., based in New York. Newmark is one of the most highly respected real estate advisory firms in the world, handling over $40 Billion in transactions annually.

Mr. Bayne received his degree in Economics from Texas A&M University and is a native Austinite.
