Matt Wilhite

Matt Wilhite, a native Austinite, joined the SkylesBayne team in 2009 as a tenant representation specialist.  Matt earned his BBA from The Neeley School of Business at Texas Christian University, majoring in Finance with an emphasis in commercial real estate. As a highly motivated representative, Matt serves his clients by utilizing a needs based approach that is designed to deliver results to each individual situation.  Lease terms are tailored with emphasis on the needs of the client, which allows Mr. Wilhite to help the client maximize the value it will realize from a space.  Matt Wilhite works exclusively for the tenant in his transactions.
