We are a commercial real estate firm that specializes in Tenant Representation. The SkylesBayne Company brings a personal hands-on approach into real estate transactions. Our thorough and creative property valuation methods and our exceptionally strong negotiating skills form the foundation of our organization. We maintain an organizational structure that promotes strong personal relationships with our clients. Since we incorporated in June 2006, the SkylesBayne Company has successfully brokered over $100,000,000 in third party transactions.

We have earned a reputation for providing innovative real estate solutions in central Texas. As a private company, we do not make decisions based on shareholder return. This enables our firm to provide a consistent level of service with only the clients interests in mind. This is why central Texas’ leading companies trust us to handle their real estate transactions. We do not represent Landlord’s in their commercial leasing efforts. This allows us to avoid all conflicts of interest while focusing solely on the Tenant’s position in a lease negotiation.
